Information to be supplied to the Educational Service:•• Objectives and type of activity;
•• Number of students and teachers (*)
•• Disciplinary areas and level of education;
•• Desired date and times.
•• Pre-School, Primary School and Middle School (1st and 2nd cycles): each group of 10 students must be accompanied by one teacher.
•• Middle school (3rd cycle) and Secondary School: each group of 15 students must be accompanied by one teacher.
After sending this information:
•• The booking will be subject to subsequent confirmation, by e-mail;
•• The confirmation document sent by the Educational Service should be presented by the teacher when arriving at Serralves;
•• Educators, teachers and educational assistants should accompany the respective groups at all times during their visit inside the Foundation;
•• The students should enter the interior of the Museum in groups and observe the indications provided at the reception;
•• We would be grateful if schools are punctual.
NOTE: The programmes may be subject to alterations of times and/or timetables due to unforeseen circumstances.
